We are one of the largest, full-service, independent insurance agencies in downstate Illinois - with offices in Bloomington, Marion and Jerseyville. Our Orlando, Florida and Newnan, Georgia offices specialize in transportation insurance. Our territory includes the states of Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin. We can write commercial truck in all states and we can also write business auto and workers compensation in most of the eleven states.

Rick Percy is one of the current owners of Clemens Insurance. He began his career with Clemens in 1996. He is a native of Bloomington and graduated from Normal Community High School. Rick has a degree from Illinois State University.

Rick and his wife Kim live in Bloomington and have three children and two dogs. They also are the proud grandparents of Zachary and Charlotte. Rick likes to travel, golf, fish, and hunt in his spare time.

Rick has been involved with numerous organizations throughout our community, including St Jude, OSF St. Joseph Hospital, OSF Foundation, Red Cross, Easter Seals, Illinois State Athletics, and Red Cross to name a few. He is currently the Treasurer at Miller Park Zoo.
