Our territory includes the states of Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin. We can write commercial truck and public auto in all states and we can also write business auto and workers compensation in most of the nine states.

OUR HISTORY
Established in 1948 as the Lewis W. Jones Agency, an insurance provider for the transportation industry, Clemens & Associates has grown into one of the largest full service independent insurance agencies in downstate Illinois.
The Lewis Buck Jones Agency was founded.
Don Clemens became a partner and the name was changed to Clemens Insurance.
Frank Niepagen & Richard Percy became junior partners.
Clemens & Associates Life Agency, Ltd. was formed to provide group, life and health insurance and other corporate benefits.
Niepagen & Percy purchased controlling interest in the firm.
Branch office added in Carbondale, Illinois.
Personal Lines department added.
Branch office added in Orlando, Florida.
Branch office added in Jerseyville, Illinois.
Branch office added in Newnan, Georgia.
Jeffrey L. Niepagen and Richard J. Percy purchase controlling interest in the firm.
